Sarah Zanchetta is a textile artist and writer based in Toronto, Canada. Her curiosity driven practice researches lost knowledge in connection to the land and plants which surround us, specifically our fringed relationship with poisonous plants. Zanchetta’s work has been presented in both national and international venues including OCAD U Graduate Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Cultural Centre, Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery, Gladstone Hotel, and ON-ART Gallery among others. Her collaboration: leaves of three, will you remember me? is displayed at and is part of the Kortright Centre for Conservation’s permanent collection.
