Cake-oh is curious about the location of identity and exercises pronunciations of self to explore ambiguous permutations of multi-ethnicity that defy definition through technologically mediated performances. Their work engages with intersections of technology and social practice to articulate the hyphenated spaces that exist in- between.By creating participative and collaborative experiences, they invite spectators to (re)consider their relationship to space and narrative.
